MD (Medical Doctor), DO (Osteopathic Doctor) Pediatrics
Description
This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of children in our community.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive health measures. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that each patient receives the highest standard of care tailored to their individual needs. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of promoting children's health and ensuring their developmental milestones are met.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of pediatric patients
- Diagnose and treat a variety of childhood illnesses and conditions
- Provide preventive care and health education to patients and families
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment as necessary
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
- Advocate for children's health and well-being within the community
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Valid medical license to practice in Massachusetts
- Experience in pediatric medicine preferred but not required
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of child health issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Schedule: 40 hours per week + Saturday per month (8a-5p)
Setting: 100% outpatient
Daily Volume: 15-20 patients
Patient Population: Ages 0-18
Team Structure: 15+ physicians
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
