We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Support Associate to join our Boston team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service throughout the logistics process. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve inquiries, support operations, and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding shipments, services, and processes
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions
- Assist in improving client service processes and workflows
- Monitor service performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
