Location: Hyannis, MA 02601

Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule: 4x10 Hour Day Shifts (40 Hours/Week)

• Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM, 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• Rotating weekends and holidays

• On-call required (nights, weekends, holidays)

Compensation:

• Travel Rate: $3,245 - $3,436/week (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Cardiac Catheterization Lab. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, supporting cardiac procedures, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses

• Provide post-procedure care for cardiac interventions (PCI, ablation, pacemaker/ICD, TAVR)

• Monitor patients on vasoactive medications

• Perform IV administration and telemetry monitoring

• Serve as charge nurse and assist with staff orientation and training

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

• Attend unit meetings and required training programs

Requirements

• Active RN license

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

• BLS & ACLS certifications required

• IABP certification required

• Experience in acute cardiac or step-down unit

• Proficiency in IV therapy and telemetry monitoring

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to participate in on-call rotation

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent Cardiac Cath Lab or interventional cardiology experience

• BSN degree

• CCRN or CRN certification
