GSE/Diesel Mechanic

**Job Title: GSE Mechanic** **Job Description** As a GSE Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing repairs and regular maintenance on deicing trucks and service vehicles. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all vehicles are clean and in optimal working condition. **Responsibilities** + Perform repairs on deicing trucks and service vehicles. + Conduct regular maintenance of deicing trucks and service vehicles. + Ensure vehicles are clean and in good working order. + Immediately report any anomalies or questions to the supervisor. + Complete all necessary documents and reports as required. **Essential Skills** + Diesel engine maintenance + Mechanical troubleshooting + Hydraulic system repair + Ground support equipment maintenance + Preventive maintenance execution **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2 to 5 years' experience in repairing heavy-duty diesel trucks. + Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technical, Automotive, or Agricultural qualification. + Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronics, and hydraulic systems. + Experience with Freightliner, Mercedes, and/or Volvo equipment is an asset. + Proficiency in office software and diagnostic tools. + Valid driver's license. + Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Access Identity Card (RAIC). + Excellent team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision. + Adherence to health and safety procedures. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values collaboration, innovation, and safety.
