Your seat to fill:

• Develop and execute strategies to maximize product visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales performance on Amazon
• Analyze Amazon performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize listings and drive sales
• Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling content (titles, descriptions, images, bullet points)
• Regularly update product listings to align with Amazon’s algorithm changes and best practices to improve organic search visibility
• Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts on Amazon
• Work with fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate shipping to Amazon warehouses (FBA) or direct fulfillment to customers
• Monitor and analyze key sales data, including traffic, conversion rates, and sales volume to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Prepare regular reports for senior management, showcasing Amazon sales performance and recommending improvements

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Amazon sales, retail sales or marketplace management
• Proven ability to analyze sales data and drive performance improvements
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Dynamic personality with a positive attitude
• Strong technical experience with Microsoft apps (must be strong in MS Excel) and digital system technology in general
• Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Down to earth and hands-on
• Cross-functional experience, ideally within marketing / sales / project management Experience in managing complex projects
• Salary Range $110,000-125,000
