SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED
We're looking for an outstanding process engineer who combines strong technical and analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to get the right things done quickly and effectively. This person will be responsible for supporting the introduction and production ramp of 2 new products at our BOS12 manufacturing facility across various process and manufacturing/mechanical engineering tasks. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in process engineering suited for both early-stage prototype builds and production-level assembly, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment driven by aggressive timelines and steep production ramp requirements.REQUIRED SKILLS
- BSc/MSc in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or equivalent
- Knowledge of MCAD software 3D modeling and 2D drafting
- Experience designing mechanical tooling and fixtures for assembly processes
- Experience with rapid prototype assembly
- Experience with production tooling
- Experience in project management
- Strong communication and writing skills
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience using Agile for PLM
- Solidworks for 3D modeling and 2D drafting
- Mechanical stack-up analysis
- Structural Load Analysis
- Use of engineering project management software such as JIRA, Agile, or other Agile tools
