As a Hardscape/ Softscape Foreman, you will lead and supervise crews on a variety of landscape construction projects, ensuring the creation of beautiful and functional outdoor spaces for valued clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about landscaping, enjoy working outdoors, and are dedicated to delivering excellence in every project.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage landscape construction crews, providing direct support and guidance on job sites
• Plan and coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget
• Oversee the execution of plantings, stonework, and other landscape construction tasks according to project specifications
• Ensure all work aligns with project estimates and specifications, and complete accurate project paperwork
• Promote and maintain professionalism and a positive work environment on and off the job site
• Safely operate trucks with trailers and utilize equipment and machinery as required
• Attend safety training and staff meetings as needed
• Support snow removal operations during the winter season

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in landscape or landscape construction
• Experience supervising or leading a team
• Ability to read and interpret project blueprints and plans
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing (required)
• US work authorization (required)
• Hoisting License and/or CDL (preferred, not required)

Compensation
$27.00 - $35.00 per hour , depending on experience.
