Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner I Massachusetts
Help Us Launch Pinch in Massachusetts — Join as a Founding Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Pinch Med Spa is expanding to Massachusetts, and we’re looking for passionate and entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioners (APRNs) to join us at the ground level of this exciting launch.
This is a unique opportunity to be one of the first Pinch Providers in Massachusetts — shaping the way we bring in-home aesthetic treatments to clients across the state. Whether you're looking for supplemental income, more autonomy, or the chance to build your own business with support, Pinch is designed to help you thrive.
What is Pinch?
Pinch is a concierge med spa that delivers treatments like Tox, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, and more — directly to clients in the comfort of their homes. Providers enjoy total flexibility, building their own schedules while earning competitive income, with all the infrastructure (malpractice, marketing, tech, training, support, and supplies) covered.
Why Join Now?
As we launch in Massachusetts, this is your chance to become a market leader. You'll have the opportunity to build your client base early, influence local growth strategies, and collaborate closely with our team as we expand.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioners (APRN/NP) excited about aesthetics and mobile concierge care
- Motivated professionals ready to grow with us and be part of a high-impact launch
- Providers who value flexibility, quality, and delivering personalized care
What You’ll Do:
- Administer in-home aesthetic treatments (Tox, Microneedling, Peels, etc.) with excellence
- Build a loyal client base with support from our marketing and tech teams
- Complete our streamlined virtual (and optional hands-on) training to get started
- Maintain accurate electronic records and follow best practices in care
- Collaborate with other providers and contribute to our growing Massachusetts team
- Enjoy the freedom to set your own hours and scale your practice your way
Why Pinch?
Founded by a double board-certified physician and experienced tech entrepreneur, Pinch combines clinical excellence with startup agility. We’re creating a new way to experience med spa treatments — one that's provider-first, flexible, and community-driven.
