Billie’s Nantucket is a new upscale casual steakhouse & martini bar located on the island of Nantucket, MA. Open Positions

PM Line Cook

• Pay: $27–$32/hr (based on experience)

• Focus: Cooking & plating during evening service in a scratch kitchen

AM Prep Cook

• Pay: $25–$30/hr (based on experience)

• Focus: Prep work, recipe execution, kitchen organization

About You

• 1+ year kitchen experience in an upscale casual or fine dining setting

• Solid food safety knowledge (certification preferred)

• Able to follow written recipes + plating standards

• Works quickly, efficiently, and stays calm under pressure

• Great communicator & reliable team player

• Organized, punctual, and maintains a clean, professional workspace

• Able to lift to 50 lbs & work standing for long periods

Schedule & Requirements

• Full-time | 5 days per week

• Must have reliable transportation to/from work

• Employment eligibility verification required

• Language: English (Spanish helpful)
