Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional in a school environment
• Strong commitment to supporting student learning and development
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to follow educational plans set by teaching staff
• Adaptability and reliability in a dynamic classroom setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required; related training or certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in daily classroom activities, providing guidance and support to students
• Encourage student engagement, participation, and positive behavior
• Support individual students or small groups as directed by classroom teachers
• Help implement learning strategies and accommodations for students with diverse needs
• Contribute to a safe, orderly, and inclusive classroom environment
• Carry out clerical or organizational tasks to support staff as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and act in accordance with school policies
