Position Overview:
The ideal candidate is a Seasoned Massage Therapist passionate about holistic wellness, client care, and skin health. You will work closely with our esthetic and medical professionals to offer customized body treatments that enhance client experience and complement our existing skincare and aesthetic services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality therapeutic, deep tissue, and relaxation massages tailored to each client’s needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing an exceptional service experience.
- Promote Laserderm MediSpa’s treatments, products, and membership options.
- Collaborate with estheticians and providers to offer combined treatment plans for optimal results.
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and adhere to all spa policies and safety protocols.
- Ensure a clean, professional, and serene treatment environment at all times.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the state of [Insert State].
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a spa, clinic, or wellness setting.
- Established and loyal client following strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, reliable, and passionate about client care and wellness.
- Familiarity with medspa services, body contouring, or lymphatic drainage is a plus.
