MDM Technical Operations Lead

Job Description

We are hiring a MDM Technical Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of an on-prem Informatica MDM platform supporting HCO/HCP master data. This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for platform stability, data integration health, delivery execution, and vendor coordination. The role sits at the intersection of Data Governance, IT, Security, and Business teams and supports critical downstream functions across commercial and supply chain.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own daily operations of Informatica MDM (monitoring, incident management, root cause analysis, SLA adherence)

• Administer the MDM Hub including match/merge, trust rules, hierarchies, and IDD configuration

• Manage environments across Dev, Test, and Prod, including upgrades, patching, and maintenance

• Lead coordination across vendors, offshore teams, and internal stakeholders

Key Focus Areas

• Modernization: Support on-prem ? AWS migration and evaluate cloud MDM solutions

• Innovation: Introduce AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability

Payrate: $90/hr - $100/hr

Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years' experience with Informatica MDM Hub (admin, configuration, operations)

• Experience with Informatica IICS / Cloud Data Integration (ETL/ELT)

• Experience working in pharma, life sciences, or healthcare (HCO/HCP, Customer, or Provider master data)

• Strong SQL / PL-SQL (Oracle) skills

• Experience integrating MDM with downstream systems (ERP, data warehouses, etc.)

• Proven production support experience (incident, change, problem management) - Experience with cloud MDM platforms (Informatica Cloud MDM, IDMC, Reltio) and on-prem ? cloud migrations

• Familiarity with IQVIA OneKey or similar HCP/HCO data sources

• Knowledge of life sciences compliance (HIPAA, GxP, Sunshine Act, Aggregate Spend)

• Experience with data governance/catalog tools (Informatica Axon, EDC, Collibra, Alation)

• Exposure to AWS environments
