We’re looking for a part-time (to start!) Reception & Client Experience Coordinator who wants to grow with us as we expand into our next chapter.
Who We Are
We’re a high-energy, client-focused estate-planning law firm in Sudbury. We take our work seriously—helping families plan well—but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We like systems, smart workflows, clear communication, and treating people like humans, not case files. As we gear up for a bigger space and bigger team in 2026, we’re adding someone who can help us elevate the client experience from the moment they step in or call.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the in-office heartbeat of our daily operation. Your mission:
- Be the friendly, polished, professional face of the firm—greet clients, offer them a comfortable experience, and set the tone for their visit.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with clarity, confidence, and kindness.
- Support client intake and onboarding (you’ll work closely with our team to gather information, coordinate next steps, and keep things moving).
- Keep our office running smoothly—light administrative tasks, scheduling assistance, scanning, organizing, and keeping the front area tidy and welcoming.
- Coordinate with our attorneys and paralegals to ensure clients always feel cared for, communicated with, and never lost in the shuffle.
- Grow with us: as the role expands to full time in 2026, additional responsibilities will evolve depending on your strengths and interests.

- A team mindset. You don’t just complete tasks—you help create a great experience.
- Prior office or customer-service experience is helpful, but attitude and aptitude matter just as much.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
