Be prepared for a dynamic work environment, as operators must be available for all winter snow events, which may require extended hours based on severity. Currently looking for operators in the Dedham, Waltham, Framingham, Westborough, & Worcester Areas.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment, specifically skid steers or loaders, for snow removal at assigned commercial sites according to the specified site maps.
• Be available for all winter snow events, regardless of timing.
• Arrive on-time and ready to work.
• Work extended hours as necessary based on the severity of snow events.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating heavy equipment, specifically skidsteers or loaders.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to varying work hours.
