Strategic Admin Coordinator - SAC
Duration: 6 Months (Tentative)
Location: Quincy, MA (Hybrid)
Summary: The Strategic Admin Coordinator will provide high-level administrative and project support to executive IT staff. The successful candidate will contribute to strategic operations through organization, planning, and documentation efforts.
Core Responsibilities:
Prepare presentations, charts, and summary documents.
Coordinate executive meetings and follow-up actions.
Support communication across departments.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all activities.
Key Qualifications:
Experience with executive support or administrative project roles.
Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and document formatting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
