Administrative Assistant (Boston)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support to C-suite and senior leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage complex priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executives and senior directors
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars across multiple time zones, resolving conflicts proactively
- Coordinate domestic and international travel , including detailed itineraries
- Plan and execute high-visibility meetings, leadership events, and offsites
- Prepare and manage expense reports, budgets, and purchase orders
- Create and edit executive-level presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote) and communications
- Act as a liaison between executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Support team operations, space planning, and special projects
- Drive team engagement activities and culture-building initiatives
Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- Expert-level calendar management (Outlook, complex scheduling)
- Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
- Strong experience in event planning and travel coordination
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of administrative experience (senior-level preferred)
- Prior experience supporting executive leadership (C-suite strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory)
