Adapt Transition Services is a company focused on providing high-quality services for adolescents and young adults with ASD. We are particularly focused on improving services for transition aged individuals (14+) and supporting them on their path to adulthood. We are looking for someone to provide direct face to face Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to adolescents and young adults with autism in their home, community, and in clinic. Requirements:

• Provide one on one therapy for clients, implementing individualized care and treatment plans. Collect data and work with BCBA to establish and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed. Employees must be able to demonstrate empathy and remain calm under pressure.
• Reliable transportation, local travel during business hours may be required.
• Must be able to assist clients with adaptive equipment and sit/stand for long periods of time.
• Experience working with adolescents and adults with autism preferred.
• Availability on weekdays 9am - 6:30 pm. We work around the availability you have to try and give you the number of hours you would like to work.
• Willing to work sessions at our Chelmsford center and home-based sessions in the surrounding area.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills are required.
• High school diploma required.

Job Types: Part-time/Full-time.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour.

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week.
