Key Responsibilities:

• · Service and maintain machine tools, hand tools, power tools, and attachments.
• · Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and building systems, including carpentry, piping, HVAC, air compressors, and roof issues.
• · Follow scheduled lubrication procedures for machines (oil and grease).
• · Monitor and ensure compliance with daily and monthly maintenance schedules.
• · Coordinate with other departments to support uninterrupted production operations.
• · Conduct and participate in monthly safety walks and quarterly safety meetings.
• · Provide first aid and CPR assistance when needed.
• · Maintain and oversee security systems, alarms, and coordination with police and fire departments; secure facility at end of day.
• · Manage hazardous waste removal, storage, and labeling in compliance with regulations.
• · Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare required reports.
• · Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Competitive pay based on experience.

• · 3 months to 1 year maintenance experience
• · 2 years trade school or equivalent machine maintenance experience.
• · Good interpersonal skills.
• · Basic knowledge of electrical repair and wiring schematics.
• · First Aid and CPR training
