Primary Care Float Physician Opportunity

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA), a Harvard Medical School and Tufts University School of Medicine teaching affiliate, is an award winning, academic public healthcare system which receives national recognition for innovation and community excellence.
We are recruiting full time and part time Float Family Medicine and Med/Ped Physicians to care for our patients at CHA’s outpatient health centers. Candidates will float through various sites every 3-6 months in the Cambridge, Somerville, Malden, Everett and Revere area with the future opportunity to become a permanent provider in one location. CHA has a fully integrated, system wide EMR (Epic) and clinics are NCQA certified.

CHA is a teaching affiliate of HMS. This position carries an HMS appointment of Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor, commensurate with HMS appointment criteria, candidate qualifications and commitment to teaching responsibilities.
CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 403b retirement accounts with matching, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and a CME allotment (both time and dollars). The full time guaranteed base salary range of $240,000-$260,000 is based on years of experience.
