Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist – Rehabilitation

Location: Hyannis, MA

Contract Duration: 15 Weeks

Shift & Schedule: Monday – Friday (Day Shift) | Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

Weekend Requirement : 2 weekends or 4 weekend days within 13-week contract | Holiday Requirement : Occasional Holidays

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Travel Physical Therapist – Rehabilitation for an exciting Travel or Local job in Hyannis, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans with functional goals
• Perform diagnostic assessments of muscle, nerve, joint, and functional abilities
• Implement and modify therapeutic interventions based on patient progress
• Reassess patients and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes
• Document patient care, progress, and treatment effectiveness
• Educate patients and families on home exercise and continuation of care
• Communicate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise PTAs, aides, and students as needed
• Assist with training new staff when required
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and quality standards
• Participate in meetings, continuing education, and professional development
• Maintain daily patient activity and billing records

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required
• BLS certification required
• Strong evaluation, treatment, and documentation skills
• Ability to work with adult and pediatric populations
• Acute care or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Must be available for scheduled weekend coverage
• Specialist certification and leadership experience preferred
