Spend the 2026 summer working on the beautiful island of Nantucket Massachusetts with 167 Raw! 167 Raw is offering a unique opportunity with great financial benefits. Located on Nantucket Island in Massachusetts, 167 Raw has a successful food truck, gourmet fish market, and raw bar. The seasonal operation is hiring positions from May to October, with flexibility on dates. 167 Raw will be hiring for the following culinary positions:
- Fish Butcher
- Lead Prep Cook
- Line Cook on Food Truck
- Full availability and flexible schedule
- Experience of at least 1 year in position applying for, 2 for fish butcher
- Background checks and referrals are required
- Must be available from July 1 - September 8, dates can be flexible beyond this
- Work 5 - 6 days a week, average 50 - 60 hours a week
- Able to lift 50+lbs
- Weekly pay
- Hourly compensation, and portion of the tip pool, expect to earn average $30 - $45 (pre tax)
