Production Supervisor
Operations Manager
Responsibilities include meeting safety, quality, cost, and delivery requirements by planning, organizing, and directing the flow of work and providing leadership to front line employees. Operations Manager responsible for deployment and monitoring of resources for successful completion of tasks. Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. Note: This is a 3rd shift supervisor role
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Uses level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance.
- Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks.
- Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (Or high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years Manufacturing experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Production Supervision/manufacturing

- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
The base pay range for this position is $100,050.00 - $120,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on March 06, 2026.
