Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Location: Barbieri Elementary School – Framingham, MA
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 30, 2026
Schedule: Full-Time | 32.5 hours per week

South of Boston, this opportunity is ideal for a Behavior Technician (BT) or experienced paraprofessional looking to make a direct impact in a 1:1 setting.
Position Overview:
Provide 1:1 support to a Kindergarten student
Implement and follow a structured behavior intervention plan (BIP)
Support a male student with a trauma background
Assist with both behavioral and academic needs
Collaborate with school staff to ensure consistency and progress
Requirements:
Behavior Technician (BT) experience required
School-based experience required
Active Massachusetts license/certification required
Must complete CORI background check and fingerprinting
Credentialed candidates are strongly preferred
Ideal Candidate:
Strong background in behavior management and de-escalation
Experience supporting students with trauma and high behavioral needs
Patient, consistent, and able to follow structured plans closely
