Administrative Assistant
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Assist residence with questions and concerns
- Handle AV set-up and support when needed for certain programs
- Cover the Front Desk when needed
- Assist with event coordination and execution
- Communicate and collaborate internally with different departments
- Create, post, and distribute information regarding upcoming events and activities
- Handle additional administrative tasks to support the programs team
- A few years of customer service experience, preferably in a front facing environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite
- Canva experience a plus
