Our established demolition company in West Wareham is looking for a skilled and motivated Office Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week, on-site position within a small, casual office setting. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional, ideally with a background in the construction industry, who excels at working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Manage general office administrative functions.
Prepare and handle documentation for public bidding and prequalification.
Maintain a neat and organized office environment.
Ensure clear and professional communication with team members and clients.
Manage office files and correspondence effectively.
Qualifications:
Previous office experience is required, preferably in the construction sector.
Familiarity with public bidding processes and prequalification requirements.
Strong skills in written and verbal communication, as well as general computer proficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Proven ability to work independently and contribute as a collaborative team member.
Compensation:
The salary for this position will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
