Registered Nurse - Nurse Educator - RNNE 25-29954

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Nurse Educator (Contract, 3 Months)

Location: New York City, NY

Duration: 3 Months (Contract)

Schedule: Monday–Friday (9 AM to 5 PM)

Important Note: This will be 50% in Office and 50% out in field Role.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Nurse Educator to join our healthcare team in New York City on a short-term 3-month contract . We are looking for someone with both  Maternal & Adult Care Experience . 

• Design, deliver, and evaluate orientation and training programs for nursing staff.

• Provide clinical education, mentorship, and skills training to nurses and allied healthcare professionals.

• Assess learning needs and develop tailored education plans.

• Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

• Facilitate continuing education, workshops, and competency assessments.

• Serve as a role model and resource for clinical staff.

• Current, unrestricted RN license in New York State .

• BSN required; MSN preferred .

• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience (hospital/acute care strongly preferred).

• Previous experience in nursing education, staff development, or clinical instruction .

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and evidence-based nursing practice.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

• Both Maternal & Adult Care Experienced .
