Executive Director - Data Solutions Operations, Global Compliance Leader

As the Executive Director in Data Solution Operations (DSO), you will oversee a diverse, global, team across multiple locations, ensuring excellence in compliance reporting and client engagement. You will partner with clients and stakeholders to drive technological advancements, optimize operational efficiency, and foster a culture of service and development. You will navigate regulatory changes, champion best practices, and deliver solutions that matter to our clients and the wider community. Your leadership will help us build a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where innovation and accountability thrive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and strategically plan post-trade compliance reporting and report distribution.
- Ensure the global team stays current on industry, market, and regulatory developments for all reporting, engagement, and disclosure requirements
- Serve as a senior client-facing leader, managing and influencing critical relationships
- Partner with Client Service to drive client behavior change and act as senior escalation contact
- Maintain operational efficiency of the global team, developing plans to optimize processes, location strategy, and technology
- Support Fusion optimization initiatives across compliance products
- Mitigate operational risk through manual and bespoke process remediation, digital tools, and AI/ML solutions
- Establish and maintain strong global and local leadership to advance service excellence, development, regulatory best practices, report delivery, and commercial opportunities
- Collaborate with Product partners and Operations teams on development, regulatory updates, and client communications
- Assist Operations with client management and engagement to maximize product functionality
- Participate in RFPs, client service review meetings, and contribute to non-reporting leadership initiatives such as Diversity Opportunity & Inclusion (DOI), Oversight/Business Controls, and Security Services projects
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 10+ years of related industry experience, either in Trade Compliance Monitoring, Investment Analytics or related field
- Experience in managing large teams, specifically ‘Compliance’ or related staff, at various levels
- Experience in working with and communicating to senior investment and ‘Compliance’ professionals at asset owner and asset manager organizations
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Client Service/Client Management skills, for large and complex Asset Managers/Owners and/or Investment Advisors
- Solid understanding of Fixed Income and Equity markets
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equal experience
