RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruiting & Onboarding
Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to coordinate interview logistics for various roles
Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders to confirm interview schedules and details
Schedule interviews, reserve meeting spaces, prepare interview agendas, and distribute candidate materials
Welcome candidates, monitor interview schedules, and help ensure a positive interview experience
Maintain job tracking tools, recruiting reports, referral records, candidate reimbursements, and vendor invoices
Support campus recruiting initiatives, including preparation, scheduling, and event logistics
Communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, and assist with recruitment events
Assist with coordinating interview days and candidate visits
Process intern-related expenses and respond to inquiries
Benefits & Onboarding
Maintain benefits-related records and billing documentation
Assist with employee benefit enrollments and terminations
Support annual benefits enrollment activities
Enroll new hires in benefit programs
Assist with processing HR-related invoices and expenses
Communicate with new hires prior to start date regarding onboarding details
Enter and manage employee data in onboarding and applicant tracking systems
Prepare onboarding documentation, forms, and orientation schedules
Support benefits orientation sessions to build knowledge of available programs
Maintain employee records and track required documentation and signatures
Prepare offboarding materials, termination documentation, and coordinate exit interviews
