Polishing Production Associate
We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our production team. This position involves assisting polishers as well as performing polishing and finishing small metal parts and custom pieces in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities of Polishing Production Associate:
- Transport goods across warehouse and production floor
- Perform sorting and organization of materials
- Communicate with management any concerns that arise regarding orders
- Grind, sand, buff, and polish small metal components
- Use polishing and buffing equipment to create a smooth, high-quality finish
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Follow production instructions and work tickets carefully
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with additional production duties as needed
Qualifications of Polishing Production Associate:
- Previous manufacturing, polishing, assembly, or production experience
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to perform repetitive hand work with consistency
- Comfortable working with small metal parts
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Hours: 7:00am-3:45pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
