Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (NO weekends!)
Pay: From $18.50-$19.00/hr
Assignment Duration: November 2025 – January 31, 2026

About the Role

We are seeking 10 temporary Customer Service Representatives to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. This is a fast-paced role where professionalism, reliability, and strong customer service skills are key.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle 50–60 calls per day answering questions about insurance eligibility and payment information
• Deliver excellent customer service and support
• Document call details accurately and follow up as needed
• Collaborate with your team and follow company protocols
• Maintain efficiency in a high-volume, phone-based environment

What We’re Looking For

• Call center experience (or similar high-volume phone-based customer service)
• Comfortable sitting and talking on the phone for long periods
• Strong verbal communication skills

Additional Info

• Start Date: November 17, 2025
• Top performers may have opportunities for alternative shifts (8 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–5 PM)
• Temporary position through January 31, 2026
• Onsite
