- Commission Based -Weekly draw against commission (potential of making $200k+/yr.)

What must be accomplished:
- Successfully run camera’s down drains and main lines.
- Follow step-by-step process Nexstar training provided by the company.
- Providing professional quality options for repair and replacement of plumbing.
- Within 24 hours completing the job, following-up with the customer to ask, “how it’s going?” and making sure the customer is satisfied with the outcome.
How will success be measured:
- Conversion goal of 50%.
- Job costing (building an estimate).
- 20% gross margin.
- Providing 5 star customer service.
- Plumber Experience/knowledge is a must!
- licensed Plumber is a plus!
- Detailed oriented.
