Salary and Benefits
- Annual salary range of $91,500 to $108,000

Responsibilities
- Monday- Friday Schedule, 8:00am-5:00pm
- With some oversite from 5:00-7:00pm
- Ambulatory Clinic in Brighton- Outpatient services focusing on routine, preventative and diagnostic care as well as treatment for acute and chronic conditions.
- Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and appropriate staff coverage
- Supervise, train and support new RNs and MAs across primary care, lab, and satellite service areas
- Provide training, mentoring, and ongoing clinical education for new and existing staff
- Serve as Site Vaccine Manager, coordinating inventory and vaccination tracking
- Collaborate with leadership on staffing, performance improvement, and recruitment efforts
- Conduct annual evaluations and address personnel matters in partnership with HR
- Manage clinical supplies, equipment functionality, and compliance with safety standards
- Maintain up-to-date workflows, policies, and procedures
- Act as a clinical RN when needed and support interdisciplinary collaboration
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts
- Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing strongly preferred
- Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in Community Health or Primary Care setting required
- Bilingual or Bicultural Preferred- Spanish, Portuguese or Haitian- Creole
- Current BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office
