Construction and Design Professionals Litigation Attorney

Roles and Responsibilities:
Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through trial.
Conduct discovery, depositions, hearings, and motion practice.
Collaborate with clients, insurers, and expert witnesses.
Evaluate exposure and negotiate settlements or mediation outcomes.
Prepare and support trials, including strategy and documentation.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Minimum 7 years of litigation experience in construction/design matters.
Licensed to practice in Massachusetts (admission in NE states preferred).
Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle complex litigation independently and efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $135K-$165K/year.
