Spring is officially here, and the outdoors are calling! At Superior Building Solutions , we are gearing up for our busiest and most exciting season yet. We are looking for hardworking, reliable Landscape Laborers and an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a vital part of Superior Building Solutions, you will tackle a variety of projects. Here is a breakdown of what your day-to-day will look like:

General Landscaping & Commercial Projects:

• Spring Cleanups: Clearing winter debris, prepping beds, and laying down fresh, crisp mulch.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operating commercial mowers, weed whackers, blowers, skid steers, and mini-excavators.
• Softscaping Installations: Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Irrigation Management: Assisting with spring sprinkler startups, repairs, and seasonal maintenance.
• Crew Leadership (Foreman): Managing daily crew schedules, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and keeping projects on time and under budget.

Residential Customer Care:

• Maximizing Curb Appeal: Providing high-end lawn maintenance, precision edging, and bush trimming for homeowners.
• Custom Garden Detailing: Weeding, planting seasonal flowers, and maintaining beautiful, personalized garden beds.
• Homeowner Relations: Serving as the friendly face of the company! Communicating politely with clients, answering on-site questions, and ensuring they are thrilled with the work.
• The "Leave It Better" Guarantee: Ensuring every driveway, sidewalk, and patio is thoroughly blown off and spotless before the truck leaves the driveway.
• Specialized Care: Applying fertilizers and lawn treatments safely and accurately to keep our clients' yards green and healthy all season long.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1+ years in landscaping/hardscaping preferred for laborers; 3+ years and leadership experience required for the Foreman position.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work vigorously outdoors in varying spring and summer weather.
• Reliability: Punctuality is non-negotiable. We need team players who show up ready to work.
• Attitude: A positive, "can-do" mindset and a strong attention to detail.
• Requirements: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our shop. (Experience driving a truck and trailer is a huge plus!)
