We pay for skill, reliability, and leadership—not just warm bodies. Your total package (base + snow premiums + performance bonuses + profit sharing) will be negotiated based on what you bring to the table. If you're the real deal, you'll be compensated like it.

The Role: Part Mechanic, Part Captain

We're looking for a "Mini-CEO" of field operations. You won't just be cutting grass—you'll be responsible for crew profitability, equipment condition, and client satisfaction. This is a leadership position with real ownership.

WINTER (Now → March)

"Shop & Snow" Champion

• Lead full fleet overhaul (mowers, plows, salters, trucks)
• Optimize shop setup for 10-minute morning launches
• Run your own plow route during events
• Set up job routes and targets in LMN software

SEASON (March → November)

Lead Operations Foreman:

• Run a 2-3 person crew at high efficiency
• Quality control: straight stripes, crisp edges, zero callbacks
• Digital job tracking via iPad/app
• Train crew on safety, technique, and equipment care

Who We're Looking For:

Be honest with yourself. This job isn't for everyone—and that's the point.

Mechanically inclined. You can change oil and filters, sharpen blades, swap belts, troubleshoot a mower in the field, and winterize equipment properly. You save us trips to the dealer—not create them.

Tech-capable. You can learn new software (we use LMN), track time and materials on an iPad, and upload job photos. This isn't optional.

A leader, not a boss. You lead by example. You do one more, not one less. You train people up, not tear them down.

Reliable. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation. 3 AM snow calls don't scare you—New England weather doesn't wait for convenient timing.
