The integrated full-service solutions leverage a 97-year legacy in event management as well as new technologies to deliver moments that matter. **Summary** It is the responsibility of the Lead Operations to supervise and coordinate activities of production workers, while performing the same subordinate duties. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence. This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Avon, MA. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules. + Supervise and dispatch all work performed. + Perform activities of workers supervised. + Ensure that all equipment is returned to warehouse and broken or damaged equipment is tagged for repair. + Maintain consistently acceptable job cost. + Plans daily production schedule. Assigns standby labor as necessary. Maintains time and production records. + Estimate, requisition, and inspect materials. + Establish and maintain an orderly, efficient, and secure work area. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Education & Experience** + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + 3+ years of trade show, warehouse operations and/or related experience is required. + Understanding with: Office software applications including but not limited to email, Microsoft Word, Excel, TSS and Concierge Elite. + Must have ability to complete online reports, printing, posting, running inquiries and data entry. **What We Offer** Freeman provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
