In this role, you will help travelers explore options, understand requirements, and navigate every step of the booking process. You’ll ensure a smooth, enjoyable planning experience by providing timely support, accurate information, and attentive customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients through email, phone, and messaging platforms with questions about destinations, pricing, and travel options.
• Coordinate travel components such as flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and transportation.
• Provide up-to-date information on travel requirements, documentation, and agency procedures.
• Manage booking updates, special requests, and cancellations as needed.
• Maintain accurate client information and follow up before and after travel for confirmation and feedback.
• Address concerns professionally, with empathy and a solutions-focused mindset.
