A Day in This Role

When the 2nd shift kicks off, you’ll review handoff notes, set up at your station, and get production moving. Under the guidance of a Shift Supervisor or a Product Specialist, you’ll operate equipment, check quality at every step, and prepare finished parts for shipment—keeping schedules tight and standards high.

What You Will Handle

• Run production machinery and carry out assembly, visual inspection, and packing according to documented work instructions.
• Read shift logs at start-up and provide a clear handoff to the next operator at shift end.
• Record production counts and scrap data accurately and legibly.
• Perform light finishing: trimming, de-gating, and final packaging.
• Continuously monitor product quality; report defects or process deviations immediately.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation; assist with general housekeeping during downtime.
• Follow all safety rules and machine-guarding requirements; never bypass safety features.
• Pitch in with additional tasks to keep production on track.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing experience (injection molding exposure a plus).
• Ability to follow instructions, read documentation, and perform basic math.
• Clear communication, keen attention to detail, and neat handwriting.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., move large containers with a pallet jack, and bend/twist frequently.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Work Environment

• Active, noisy manufacturing floor (hearing protection provided).
• Operations comply with ISO 13485/9001 standards.
• Light to moderate physical activity with appropriate PPE supplied.
