Billing Specialist
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Billing Specialist in Norwood, MA. Duties:
- Billing Specialist will create, update, and post daily invoices
- Classify, verify, and log accounts payable information
- Assess and input any additional charges or shipping details
- Highlight and validate any pricing, promotional, or credit anomalies
- Support daily billing operations
- Address and rectify any discrepancies in client billing
- Coordinate the billing process for various corporate clients
- As a Billing Specialist, you will maintain updated customer contact records
- Resolve any account discrepancies, including issues with invoices
- Uphold the confidentiality of organizational information
- This is a non-supervisory role; Additional related tasks might be required
- Experience in a billing or invoicing department
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and fair credit practices
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing financial records and calculations
- Comfortable with MS Office suite, QuickBooks, and SAGE Intacct
- Commitment to exceptional customer service, precision, and meticulous attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with both customers and team members
