Location: In-home (Leominster area)
Employment Type: Part-time/5-12 hours per week
Schedule: Weekday hours / Flexible scheduling/Working with 2 siblings in the same home

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and ethical Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, supervising Behavior Technicians/RBTs, and collaborating with families to promote meaningful outcomes. We are seeking a BCBA to oversee 2 siblings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, FBAs)
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and RBTs in accordance with BACB requirements
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and make data-driven clinical decisions
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Ensure services are delivered in compliance with BACB ethical standards and company policies

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Current LABA certification in MA
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed
