Were looking for a Talent Specialist to join our HR team and play a key role in recruiting, employee experience and engagement. This is an ideal opportunity for a people-focused, tech-savvy HR professional who thrives in a collaborative, in-person work environment. The ideal candidate will bring 35 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for supporting high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create compelling job postings.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across all departments.
  • Use BambooHR and other platforms to track candidates and streamline recruitment workflows.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and future roles.
  • Lead and continuously enhance the new hire onboarding experience.

Internship & Early Career Programs

  • Manage ourinternship program, from outreach to onboarding and coordination with hiring managers and our market leaders.
  • Develop relationships with colleges, universities, and technical schools aligned with our industry.
  • Represent the firm at career fairs and early talent events.
  • Foster long-term engagement with past interns and early-career professionals.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Help design and implement programs that promote engagement, recognition, and career development.
  • Support initiatives and communications that strengthen our inclusive culture.
  • Assist in organizing employee events, internal communications, and engagement surveys.

HR Systems & Operations

  • Maintain employee records, job requisitions, and reports in BambooHR.
  • Track and report on hiring, onboarding, engagement, and turnover metrics.
  • Support performance management, policy administration, and compliance efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in talent acquisition or generalist HR roles.
  • Prior experience using BambooHR or a similar HRIS system.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a relationship-first mindset.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Enthusiastic about recruiting, building culture, and supporting people-focused programs.
  • Experience working in or recruiting for A&E, engineering, or professional services is a plus.
  • Must be available to work onsite at our Cambridge office (currently in office 3 days) .
