About the Role:

LaserHere is looking for a skilled Laser Technician to join their growing team serving the Worcester, Boston, and Braintree areas. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic medical aesthetics environment with a competitive pay rate of $30–$45 per hour. If you're passionate about laser technology and delivering outstanding client results, we want to hear from you! Your pay will consist of Base Rate + Tips + Bonues and guaranteed not to be lower than $30 (combined base + tips + bonuses) per hour for beginners, $40+ for experienced employees.

Responsibilities:

• Perform laser and light-based treatments including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other aesthetic procedures
• Conduct thorough client consultations and skin assessments prior to treatments
• Operate and maintain laser equipment safely and according to manufacturer guidelines
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions
• Document client records, treatment notes, and progress accurately
• Travel between Worcester, Boston, and Braintree locations as needed
• Ensure a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment at all times

Requirements:

• Laser technician certification desirable. Esteticial license in Massachusetts required.
• Minimum of one weekend day and 2 week days required. Full day schedule.
• Travel between locations based on the schedule. We pay for milage based on $0.575 per mile traveled.
• Prior experience with laser or aesthetic treatments preferred
• Knowledge of laser safety protocols and skin types
• Strong client communication and customer service skills
• Ability to travel reliably between Worcester, Boston, and Braintree locations
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and documentation habits
• Professional, personable demeanor with a passion for aesthetics
