- Work directly with other experienced personal injury attorneys
- Manage an assigned case load from inception to case conclusion
- Develop and implement litigation strategy
- Review and approve pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement agreements and other hands-on drafting related to the firm’s practice
- Work directly with firm senior management team and firm clients to lead matters to positive resolution
- Use focus groups to improve outcomes
- Negotiate settlements
- Complete depositions
- Conduct Jury trials
- Attend legal education courses to develop elite litigation skills

- Health insurance coverage: Employer pays ¾ of the premium for the individual health plan. Eligibility begins 30 days from the date of hire.
- Employer contributed Health Savings Account: Employees choosing to participate in the health insurance plan will receive a Health Savings Plan with an annual employer contribution of $1,000 ($500 in March and $500 in October) to help off-set the $2,000 deductible, or to be used on dental or vision care.
- Life and disability insurance: Full coverage for life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance, fully funded by the company, providing security for unforeseen circumstances.
- Retirement Plans: Opportunity to enroll in our 401k retirement savings plan 1 year from date of hire, with 4% employer matching contribution (sliding scale vesting in employer contribution). Automatic enrollment in the firm Defined Benefit Pension Plan 1 year from date of hire.
