Rockland Federal Credit Union (RFCU) is searching for friendly, service focused, detail-oriented individuals to join our Member Solutions Center. If you enjoy providing stellar service while working in a busy environment, this could be the position for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls within specified service levels, providing members with efficient and professional service.
- Maintain a full understanding of Credit Union products and services.
- Accurately process routine transactions and file maintenance while tracking member interactions.
- Proactively problem-solving with the scope of responsibility.
- Cross-selling additional products.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous banking or experience in a call center environment preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Be able to provide superior service by collaborating as a team and deliver high-quality service to both internal and external members, while embracing the fundamental values of RFCU's organizational culture.
Work Schedule and Benefits
As a Member Solutions Advocate, you will work a 40-hour full-time schedule Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday.
