Job Summary:

Caregivers needed in the towns of Framingham, Marlborough, Wayland, Wellesley , Natick, Ashland, Holliston.

Always Best Care Senior Services, a leading senior care franchise in Worcester, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PCA/HHA/CNA to join our team on a part-time basis. The individual in this position will provide non-medical home care services to our clients in Westborough, Massachusetts. As a member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our aging clients and their families.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a part-time hourly position with a competitive compensation of $18 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition to a competitive wage, we offer a supportive and welcoming work environment, as well as ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care assistance to clients, following their individualized care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Help clients with mobility and physical exercises as recommended by healthcare professionals
- Report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the care manager
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures

Requirements:

- Valid PCA/HHA/CNA certification from an accredited program
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home care or similar setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding attitude towards seniors
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
