Senior NPI Manufacturing Engineer - Full Cycle Product Development
Stoneham, MA (On-Site)
$115-125k + Bonus + Unlimited PTO
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Development Engineer to bridge the gap between conceptual design and the factory floor. This is a high-visibility "player-coach" role where you will lead multifunctional teams to win new business, develop complex thermal management products, and provide direct technical authority for manufacturing processes. - Technical Ownership: You aren't just a Design Engineer; you will own the product lifecycle from initial quote to final shipment.

Qualifications
- Conceptual Design & NPI: Lead the design and development of new products, translating customer specifications into high-performance mechanical solutions.
- Manufacturing SME: Act as the technical lead for brazing, GTAW (TIG) welding, and machining processes; designing the tooling and fixtures necessary to meet cost and quality goals.
- Documentation & Analysis: Review and approve drawing packages, conduct GD&T analysis, and manage ECNs, DMRs, and MRB requests.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) on process failures and drive cost-reduction efforts through improved workflows and equipment.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and technical leadership to junior engineers and designers.
