Director, Solution Architects

Position Summary

Lionbridge Technologies seeks a highly motivated, results-driven Director, Solution Architects to lead a team of Solution Architects and drive technical pre-sales activities within the insert business area here (Life Sciences, Games, Etc.) team. The Director will be responsible for growing an ambitious pipeline of business through technical expertise, strategic alignment, and navigating complex organizations with the ability to influence multiple, high-level decision-makers.

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage a team of Solution Architects, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

• Independently engage prospective customers within assigned accounts to present Lionbridge's solutions from a technical perspective.

• Maintain a robust, up-to-date understanding of Lionbridge's technical capabilities and how they address customer needs.

• Educate customers and clients on service lines, solutions, pricing, and technical availability while consistently supporting the achievement of revenue quotas.

• Collaborate and maintain relationships with Sales, Product, and Operations teams.

• Thorough understanding of the sales cycle and ability to leverage technical expertise to advance the sale.

To Be Successful You Will Have

• 5+ years' experience in a comparable technical pre-sales role with the ability to sell directly into enterprise accounts.

• Ability to communicate, present, and influence key technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

• Proven ability to prospect and manage a designated territory from a technical pre-sales perspective.
