We are a fast-growing, privately owned, modern dental practice looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who thrives in a high-accountability, high-impact environment. This is a sales, communication, and systems role—not a passive front desk position.

You will be the bridge between clinical excellence and financial clarity for our patients.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Presenting treatment plans with confidence, clarity, and urgency
• Verifying insurance and explaining benefits without confusion or fluff
• Converting diagnosed treatment into scheduled care
• Following up on unscheduled treatment daily
• Managing patient objections with professionalism and empathy
• Coordinating with doctors, assistants, and front office for flawless flow
• Maintaining airtight documentation in Dentrix/Adit
