Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Oracle HCM Application Administrator to join our Information Technology team. This role is ideal for an IT professional with hands-on experience supporting Oracle Human Capital Management systems in a dynamic, enterprise environment. You’ll play a key part in ensuring system reliability, enhancing user experience, and supporting HR-related processes through effective platform management and collaboration across departments. Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and day-to-day oversight of the Oracle HCM platform.

• Assist in the integration of new software and tools and perform routine diagnostic testing.

• Participate in on-call rotation to support off-hours platform availability.

• Manage user access, permissions, personalization, and related platform configurations.

• Develop and maintain user documentation, procedures, and training guides; conduct training as needed.

• Collaborate with departments including finance, payroll, and benefits, as well as external vendors, to support project goals.

• Implement platform customizations, automated workflows, and enhancements that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle HCM systems.

• Strong understanding of HR-related IT support and the ability to align technical solutions with organizational goals.

• Experience with one or more of the following Oracle HCM modules:

• Time and Labor

• Absences

• Core HR

• Payroll

• Benefits

• Compensation

• HCM Analytics

• Familiarity with Visual Builder Studio (VBS) is a plus.
