Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A direct hire opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist to work an evening shift at a closed-door Long-Term Care facility located in Foxborough, Massachusetts. This role offers a hands-on environment supporting the delivery of safe and efficient pharmaceutical care, managing roughly 600 prescriptions daily.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial medication reviews using the Frameworks software system (training provided)
• Perform final medication verification and accuracy checks
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure workflow efficiency
• Dispense medications accurately and promptly
• Work a Monday through Friday schedule, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with rotating weekend shifts

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and clear MA Pharmacist license
• Prior pharmacy experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Ability to manage workload efficiently with attention to detail
• Open to recent graduates eager to grow and excel in their pharmacy careers
• Demonstrated competence using pharmacy software or willingness to adapt quickly
